Yes, all products from StarWalker Organic Farms are USDA Certified Organic. We adhere to strict regenerative farming practices to ensure no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers are ever used on our land.
How do you ensure freshness during shipping?
We use eco-friendly insulated packaging and non-toxic cold packs for all perishable items. Orders are shipped via expedited carbon-neutral delivery to ensure your food arrives farm-fresh at your doorstep.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US. Due to the perishable nature of our organic produce, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on grocery items. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
Yes! Our 'Seasonal Harvest' subscription allows you to receive a curated box of organic produce and pantry staples every week or month at a 15% discount.
